What is Constellation DAG max TPS?

Constellation DAG cryptocurrency max TPS is not really known nor tested but developers claim it scales horizontally with network size theoretically making it infinitely scalable.
However as other DAG based cryptocurrencies like nano and iota have shown it is limited by hardware of the nodes and bandwidth so it should be around 1k TPS.
