Is txbit.io exchange legit or scam?

Txbit is fine if you want to trade some low marketcap coins but this exchange has problems.

I've used it to trade some altcoins and then found out there is no liquidity but fake trade volumes through bot wash trading.
Which means you are forced to trade coins at huge loss if you decide to.
Also there are ridiculous withdrawal fees of 50$ even for cryptos like Litecoin.

Also Txbit exchange does ignore emails, removes Trust Pilot reviews and blocking people on Twitter who complain about their service.
